Abstract (en)
The gas cooker has a hob with an aperture (6) to receive a cooking vessel (7). Beneath the vessel there is, at least, one gas burner (8) supported by a holder (10) between the cooker housing (15) and the underside (14) of the vessel. The holder is fitted to the rim (11) of the aperture. The vessel rests on that same rim. A gap (17) for the combustion gases is formed between the edges of the vessel (9) and holder (18). Optionally, the gap can be linked to a chamber beneath the upper surface (4) of the hob to form a re-heating zone. The holder and housing can have inlets (23,24) for air to assist the combustion. A porthole (31) in the hob allows the flame from the burner to be observed.

La présente invention concerne une cuisinière à gaz perfectionnée. Cette cuisinière comporte dans sa face supérieure (4) une ouverture formant logement (6) apte à recevoir un récipient amovible (7) sous lequel est monté au moins un brûleur à gaz (8) supporté par une cuvette (10) retenue sur le bord de l'ouverture formant le logement (6) et interposée entre un carter (15) et le fond (14) du récipient amovible (7). Cette cuisinière s'applique à la cuisson de denrées alimentaires quelconques dans un récipient ou un bac encastré de manière amovible sur le dessus de la cuisinière. <IMAGE>
