Abstract (en)
The firearm consists of a body with a movable magazine (81) for the ammunition rounds, a piston (191) with a spring (20) to lift them, and a magazine retainer (131) with a manual control button (49) to engage with a notch (171) in the magazine wall. The barrel of the firearm has a firing chamber (10) and a sliding breech block (61). The magazine retainer comprises a side lever which incorporates a drive projection (252) set at a distance from a retaining tooth (161), with the projection designed to be actuated by a boss (251) on the piston. The retainer is generally triangular in shape, with a pivot (481) at its lower end connected to the body, with the projection (252) lying parallel to it at a second corner, and the control button (49) at the third.
