[origin: DE19500053C1] The dispenser includes a central material jet to dispense the material, and a gas supply system with at least one annular space (14) round the end zone of the material jet (12). The annular space becomes narrower in the flow direction towards the concentric jet aperture (22) of the material jet. The plane (24) of the jet aperture of the material jet basically coincides with the plane (32,34) of the gas outlet aperture (30). The gas outlet aperture may be at the downstream end of the annular space, in the form of a cylindrical aperture in the endface wall (28) enclosing the annular space, with the plane of the jet aperture coinciding with the entry plane (32) of the gas outlet aperture.
