Abstract (en)

The staple gun has a pneumatic cylinder (3) which drives the staple insert strip (5) to punch a staple from a magazine feed (80 into the workpiece. The pneumatic piston is controlled by a valve whose valve element (34) is normally held in the inactive position. The underside of the piston is in constant contact with the pneumatic pressure while the upper surface is selectively connected to pneumatic pressure or to atmosphere. The air vented on the return stroke is ducted out between the top cover (24) and the housing via a ring shaped duct inside which is a ring shaped insert ring with a rotational control for the vented air. The outlet duct is ring shaped and the insert ring is clamped between the cover and the housing. The outlet is radial through the cover, which is a steel turned component.

Eintreibgerät für Befestigungsmittel, bei dem ein Gerätegehäuse (1) einen von einer Gehäusekappe (24) geschlossenen Ventilraum (22) eines Hauptventils aufweist, in dem ein Ventilkolben (25) koaxial oberhalb eines Arbeitszylinders (3) dichtend und gleitend geführt ist, der in einer unteren Stellung einen mit einer Druckluftquelle verbundenen Einlaßkanal zum oberen Arbeitshubraum des Arbeitszylinders absperrt und in einer oberen Stellung einen Auslaßkanal (43,47,48) der über eine Durchbohrung (29,30) des Ventilkolbens mit dem Arbeitshubraum verbunden ist, durch dichtende Anlage an ein Ventilsitzelement (34) absperrt, wobei der Ventilkolben (25) eine untere Wirkungsfläche aufweist, die ständig vom Druck der Druckluftquelle beaufschlagt ist, und eine obere Wirkungsfläche, die mit Hilfe eines Steuerventils (15,16,17) wahlweise mit Atmosphärendruck oder dem Druck der Druckluftquelle beaufschlagt ist, wobei der Auslaßkanal mindestens eine Kanalöffnung (49) am Umfang (46) der Gehäusekappe (24) aufweist, die Gehäusekappe (24) außen der Kanalöffnung zugeordnet einen drehbaren Blendenring (51) mit mindestens einer Auslaßöffnung (54) trägt, zwischen Gehäusekappe (24) und Blendenring (51) in Umfangsrichtung ein Kanalöffnung und Auslaßöffnung verbindender Verbindungskanal (47) erstreckt ist, und der Blendenring (51) zugleich abdichtend zwischen Gehäusekappe (24) und Gehäuse (1) eingeklemmt ist. <IMAGE>
