[origin: EP0721049A1] The ladder is turned by a bogie with a first ring mount on a vertical pivot axle (A). The first and second (6) ring mount move in relation to each other on an axis (S) at right angles to the pivot axis. The second ring mount is positioned directly above the substructure or in a platform (3) on the substructure. Above the second ring mount and beneath the first ring mount is a bearing plate (16,21) each of which is reinforced by tubular reinforcement frames (18,22).
