Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9509224A1] Paste-like textile washing agents contain non-ionic surfactant and anionic surfactant of the sulphate and sulphonate type. In order to minimise changes in viscosity due to an increasing or variable salt content from the raw materials, a paste-like washing agent contains 2 to 35 % by weight non-ionic surfactant having the general formula R<1>-(OC2H4)n-OH, in which R<1> stands for an alkyl or alkenyl residue with 10 to 20 C atoms and the mean ethoxylation degree n may equal 1 to 12; 4 to 40 % by weight of a combination of alkyl residues containing alkali and/or ammonium alkylbenzolsulphonate with 9 to 15 C atoms and ether sulphate having the general formula R<2>-(OC2H4)p-OSO3M, in which R<2> stands for an alkyl or alkenyl residue with 10 to 20 C atoms, M is an alkali metal and/or ammonium ion and the mean ethoxylation degree p may equal 1 to 5; and/or alkyl sulphate having the general formula R<3>-OSO3Y, in which R<3> stands for an alkyl or alkenyl residue with 10 to 20 C atoms and Y is an alkali metal and/or ammonium ion. The weight ratio between alkylbenzolsulphonate and ether sulphate and/or alkyl sulphate equals 1:3 to 5:1. The remaining percentage by weight of the washing agent is made up of other usual components and its viscosity at 20 DEG C lies in a range from 7,500 mPa<.>s and 40,000 mPa<.>s at inorganic salt contents from 1.75 to 3.5% by weight.
