Abstract (en)
The security cap is basically cylindrical in shape, closed at one end (3) and having an aperture at the other for the bottle neck (2). The cap (1) is in two halves (4,5), hinged along the generating surface of the cylinder, and on the opposite side to the hinge it has a lock which requires two simultaneous actions to release it. The lock consists of an elastic lug (6) and a projection on one half (4) of the cap, and at least one elastic vane (11) on the other which lies in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the hinge and makes contact with the projection (10) when the cap is locked. The vane (11) has at least one stop (12) which interacts with a stop (7) on the first half of the cap, and the elastic lug (6) has a press-button (9) to release the mechanism.

Ce dispositif constitue un surbouchon (1), notamment destiné à une bouteille (2) contenant un produit dangereux et/ou toxique. Il présente une forme générale cylindrique, fermée à une extrémité et présentant une ouverture pour le goulot de la bouteille à l'autre extrémité. Il est constitué de deux parties (4,5) pouvant s'articuler l'une par rapport à l'autre le long d'une génératrice du cylindre. Du côté opposé à l'articulation, ce surbouchon présente un système de verrouillage nécessitant la combinaison de deux actions simultanées pour réaliser le déverrouillage. De préférence, ce dispositif est réalisé en une matière synthétique résistant aux solvants. <IMAGE>
