The device has an axle (1), which pref. has a rotationally fixed mounting, and on which a door winder (4) can rotate. It also has blocking equipment (5), which prevents the door from crashing if a spring breaks, esp. a torsional spring for counterbalancing the weight of the door. An axial force is applied to the equipment in the event of a failure, which connects the winder to the axle so that it cannot rotate. These parts may be connected directly or indirectly to elements which are able to move axially relative to one another, and which may be a ratchet wheel (13) and a pawl (12).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Überwachung einer vorgespannt betriebenen Torsionsfeder eines Tores, einer Tür oder dergleichen, insbesondere einer Gewichtsausgleichsfeder für ein ein- oder mehrteiliges Überkopf bewegbares Torblatt oder eines Rolltorpanzers, mit einer vorzugsweise drehfest gelagerten Achse (1), auf der relativ zur Achse (1) drehend bewegbar ein Wickelkörper (4) angeordnet ist, und mit einer Torblatt-Blockiereinrichtung (5), die bei Federbruch den Wickelkörper (4) drehfest mit der Achse (1) verbindet, so daß ein Absturz des Torblattes oder des Rolltorpanzers vermieden wird, wobei bei Federbruch eine Kraft in axiale Richtung der Achse (1) auf die Torblatt-Blockiereinrichtung (5) wirkt, welche dem Wickelkörper (4) mit der Achse (1) verbindet. Eine derartig ausgebildete Vorrichtung hat den Vorteil, daß im Schadensfall eine schnelle Aktivierung der Torblatt-Blockiereinrichtung erfolgt und das diese Vorrichtung eine einfache und raumsparende Konstruktion aufweist. <IMAGE>
