Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0722034A1] The frame has hollow mouldings (1,2), which are made pref. from metal, and has a connector (3) with limbs (4) which engage in the moulding, and which esp. form a corner connection. Each limb has at least one recess (5) which opens towards the inner wall of the moulding, and can accommodate adhesive (6). The adhesive is pressed into the gap between the moulding and the connector by a component (7), which is adjacent to the adhesive and which has the same cross-section as the recess. The component may be adjusted in a direction which is roughly transverse to the limb of the connector, and the recess may have a cylindrical shape.
