Mfg. process for cold rolled steel strip, esp. stainless steel strip, in an integrated processing line (1) in which the strip is entered as hot strip and rolled and continuously cold process without intermediate structure-modifying processes, comprises fully descaled in a chemical and/or electrolytic treatment prior to rolling. An appropriate prodn. line is also claimed.
Abstract (de)
Die Patentanmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von kaltgewalztem Stahlband S, insbesondere zum Herstellen von kaltgewalztem, nicht rostendem Stahlband, in einer Behandlungslinie 1, in die das Stahlband S als Warmband eingespeist und einem Walzprozeß unterzogen wird und in der es anschließend kontinuierlich, ohne Zwischenschaltung weiterer gefügeverändernder Prozesse einer Kaltbandbehandlung zugeführt wird. Indem erfindungsgemäß das Stahlband (S) vor dem Walzprozeß in einem chemischen und/oder elektrolytischen Prozeß vollständig entzundert wird, ist es möglich, durch ein solches Verfahren Stahlband von höchster Güte zu erzeugen. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Fertigungslinie zum Herstellen von Stahlbändern höchster Güte. <IMAGE>
