[origin: WO9510589A1] The cleaning agent takes the form of an aqueous dispersion and contains a tenside, a film-forming polymer and a softener, in which the film-forming polymer is a mixture of two polymers of different molecular weights, the higher one of which is not soluble in water at a pH of 12, whereas the lower one is water-soluble at a pH of 9. After dilution, the agents are used for the cleaning and care of floorings of all kinds. They are distinguished by good cleaning action, even shine and good soiling resistance.
