Abstract (en)
The device has a filling tube (2) with base (3), and a side outlet (4) above the base. A tubular closing part (15) is vertically movable on the tube. It has a cutting edge (18) at its lower end. The closing part is removably fastened to a guide sleeve (11) which encloses the tube. The side outlet slopes downwards, the base slopes towards the aperture, and the two edges are aligned. The base has a peripheral sealing ring (7), and the closing part seals against it in its lower end position. A droplet collector is moved under the tube, when this is in top position. Lateral movement of the collector is coupled to the vertical movement of the tube.

Die Vorrichtung hat ein Einfüllrohr (2), dessen unteres Ende durch einen Boden (3) verschlossen ist. Oberhalb des Bodens (3) hat das Rohr (2) seitliche Austrittsöffnungen (4) für das abzufüllende Gut. Auf der Aussenfläche des Rohres (2) ist ein Schliessorgan (15) verschiebbar, das unten eine Schneidkante (18) hat. Beim Absenken des Schliessorgans (15) schneidet die Schneidkante (18) gröbere, im abgefüllten Gut enthaltene Stücke durch. Das Schliessorgan (15) dichtet in der unteren Endstellung gegen einen Dichtring (7) ab. Die Vorrichtung eignet sich besonders zum Abfüllen von Pasten und Flüssigkeiten, die gröbere Teile enthalten, z.B. Konfitüren, Früche, Joghurt, Suppen mit Einlagen usw. Weil der gesamte Rohrquerschnitt für den Durchfluss frei ist und die Austrittsöffnungen (4) praktisch unverengt sind, kann mit einem relativ kleinen Rohrdurchmesser auch Gut mit relativ groben Bestandteilen, z.B. ganzen Kirschen, abgefüllt werden. <IMAGE>
