[origin: EP0725200A1] The rod guide is for the rods of a closure for doors or flaps, comprising a base plate (1) fixed to the door panel and a guide plate (2) extending vertically from it and of one-piece construction with it. Guide components, formed on the guide plate, are L-shaped in cross-section and form guide grooves on opposite sides of the rods. Two diagonally opposed guide components (4,5) are formed on the guide plate which between them form a through passage channel (7) corresp. at least to the largest cross-sectional dim. of the rod and at an angle to the guide direction of the rods.
