Abstract (en)
In an Al continuous casting plant, a feeding nozzle (2) is provided in launder (1) and a stopper (3) regulates the flow of molten Al, such that the stopper at its narrowest portion is always spaced from the nozzle wall. The nozzle cross section decreases continuously from the entry to the middle, such that the angular difference between the side wall of the nozzle annular space (D) and the stopper is 1-3 degrees . At the end of the stopper adjacent to the nozzle entry, a sealing edge is formed, so that the nozzle is closed when the stopper enters it fully.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einlaufsystem für Aluminiumstranggußanlagen, bestehend aus einer Rinne, einer in die Rinne 1 eingesetzten Zulaufdüse 2 in die ein Stopfen 3 zur Regulierung des Schmelzezulaufs 4 eingesetzt ist und gegebenenfalls einem Regelsystem, mit dem die Eintauchtiefe des Stopfens innerhalb vorgegebener Grenzen steuerbar ist. Hierbei wird der Stopfen 3 am engsten Querschnitt der Düse stets in einem Abstand von der Düsenwand gehalten, wobei sich der Düsenquerschnitt vom Düseneintritt bis etwa zur Düsenmitte hin kontinuierlich verringert und dabei die Winkeldifferenz zwischen der Seitenwand des Düsenringraumes D und dem Stopfen 1°-3° beträgt. Ferner ist an dem dem Düseneintritt benachbarten Ende des Stopfens 3 eine Verschlußkante ausgebildet ist, die beim vollständigen Eintauchen des Stopfens 3 den Düseneintritt gegenüber der Schmelze verschließt. <IMAGE>
