[origin: EP0726203A1] Process for sterilisation during filling of packs with liq. foodstuffs, comprises an arrangement of immediately adjacent zones (A,B,C,D,E), covered by a hood contg. the necessary supply fittings and lines. Zones comprises a preheating zone (A), a disinfection zone, a drying zone (C), a filling zone (D) and a sealing zone (E). The hood pref. consists of upper and lower sheets, welded together forming a hermetically sealed space filled with insulation and having a flange adapted to the dimensions of the sterile chamber contg. the zones.
