Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0727178A2] The door (1) of the machine (2) is held closed by a staple (4) pref. on its housing, and locked by means of a lever (5) with a pivotable latch (8) and a jointed control element (9) movable between two stable positions. The control element consists of a lever (9') with two arms (15,16) in the same plane and a third arm (21) extending from the lower arm (16). Pref. a lateral projection (22) from the third arm is engaged by the follower (23) of a handle (25) pivotable about an axis (24) in the door. Another arm (27) operates an electric switch (28).
