Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0727254A1] The grinder includes a ring-shaped collecting container (27) connected by push-fit connection with the ring sieve (28) arranged on its inner circumference and designed as a replaceable cassette (26) which can be fitted over the rotor (18). The cassette has a removable cover ( 29) which also spans the grinding chamber (25) and rotor. The cassette has a base plate opposite the cover and enclosing the grinding chamber and having an opening for the motor and rotor shaft. The base plate can be a labyrinth plate with labyrinth seal from the rotor seated on same.
