Abstract (en)
The drain unit (2) has a siphon trap (30) and a covering hood (4), and all three parts are combined to form a modular connection unit. The hood is retained on the drain unit, and/or in the area of the siphon trap. The cover unit consists of two parts. A first U-shaped covering hood (4) is pushed from the front over siphon trap and drain unit, and is positioned vertically below the wash basin. A second more narrow U-shaped hood (40) is located approx. horizontally on a drain pipe (6). One hood end engages into and is non-turnably held, in the covering hood.

Bei einer Ablaufgarnitur mit einem Geruchverschluß und einer Abdeckung für einen Waschtisch o. dgl. ist zur kostengünstigen Herstellung und ansprechenden Formgestaltung der Abdeckung vorgeschlagen, daß die Ablaufgarnitur, der Geruchverschluß und eine Abdeckhaube als Baueinheit in einem Anschlußmodul zusammengefaßt sind, wobei die Abdeckhaube an der Ablaufgarnitur und/oder im Bereich des Geruchverschlusses gehalten ist. <IMAGE>
