[origin: EP0727546A1] The system consists of a framework attached to the wall and rods (5) with retaining plates (6). Each of the rods is cranked in shape, so that the axis (15) of the end which receives the plate (6) is offset in relation to the axis (13) of the end fixed to the wall, and is adjustable in a circle centred on the fixing end. The end of the rod for fixing to the wall has a threaded surface (14), esp. in the form of a wood screw thread, with the crank enabling it to be rotated for fixing in place. The plate for attaching to the other end comprises a base (19) with a threaded central recess (20) for screwing onto the outer end of the rod, and projecting vanes (22,23) for a covering rail. The components of the fixing can be of galvanised steel, other metal or alloy, or from a suitably hard plastic.
