Abstract (en)
The electric oven has a cooking space (3) behind the door (4) which is heated by an element (5). To protect its housing (1) and neighbouring furniture and esp. electronic controls, the fan (6) suitably positioned on the housing is operated (7) under electronic control from a temp. sensor (8) on the metallic housing (9) of an interior lamp (10) on the back wall (11). The temp. sensor is a PTC resistor providing a signal to start the fan when the temp. exceeds a preset level. The heat source represented by the oven and its lamp is accurately monitored so as to keep the fan running for as long as overheating is to be expected.

Bei dem Back-/Bratofen ist der Thermofühler der den Motorlüfter zur Gehäusekühlung ansteuernden Thermostatsteuerungs-Einheit an das nach außen ragende Gehäuse der Ofenmuffel-Beleuchtungseinrichtung angekoppelt. <IMAGE>
