Abstract (en)
The impact crusher has an adjustable impact rocker connected by a journal to a piston (11). The piston chambers are linked to a hydraulic system. to set the piston position and the crushing gap, an end-position-damped spindle drive, hydraulically driven by an axial-piston motor, is fitted between the rotor (2) and the impact rocker (5A or 5B). The hydraulic piston is made as a differential same-stroke cylinder with different surface ratio. It has a hollow drilled journal, in which trapezoid-thread spindle drive is integrated. It has a driving connection to a hollow-shaft motor via a multiple wedge coupling.

Prallbrecher mit einem Rotor 2 und mindestens einer Prallschwinge 5A, 5B, wobei zur Verstellung der Prallschwinge 5A bzw. 5B diese an einen sie in Längsrichtung verstellbaren Zapfen 11 angelenkt ist, welcher mit einem hydraulischen Kolben verbunden ist, der in einem doppeltwirkenden Zylinder verschiebbar ist, dessen beide Seiten mit einem Hydrauliksystem verbunden ist, welches bei übermäßigem Druck auf die Prallschwinge 5A, 5B auf der Druckseite des Kolbens das Druckmedium entlastet. <IMAGE>
