[origin: EP0728590A1] The printing press has a frame with counter-pressure roller (9) and printing head on a support. A pressure spring (11) is fitted between the support (5) and the spring bottom (1). The spring bottom can turn on a bearing bolt (2) which is parallel to the counter-pressure roll and connected to the frame. There is a catch (12) to arrest the spring bottom (1). The catch is connected to the frame and can be connected to the spring bottom at a clearance from the bearing bolt. The spring bottom has a projecting pin which can be fitted in a recess (13) in the catch.
