Abstract (en)
The equipment used includes a milling unit. It has a reception device for picking up and cleaning the milled surface. It has an intensively heatable mixing device, an issue device for further binding medium and possible further raw material and additive and a device for incorporation of the mixture as poured asphalt. Pref. this latter device also incorporates a chipping spreading unit. In order to handle only one road strip width, the device is formed with a max. width of 2.4 or 3.00 m. The device for milling, reception and cleaning of the milled parts as well as the mixture incorporation device can be moved out to a width of 4 m in order in one process to apply a coating on that type of road strip.

Das Verfahren zur Instandsetzung der Deckschicht von Fahrbahnen mit Gußasphalt ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit oder ohne vorhergehende Aufrauhung oder Abfräsung der obersten Schicht eine Gußasphaltschicht von 0 bis 3 cm eingebaut wird, wobei das Bindemittel polymermodifiziert ist und die Mineralstoffe eine maximale Korngröße von 8 mm aufweisen.
