Abstract (en)
A predetermined quantity of liq. is mixed with a predetermined quantity of solid, e.g. pigment, in a plant having a storage container (1) for the liq. and a mixer (4) with a mixing shaft (9) powered by a drive motor (11). A liq. supply line (34) connects a supply pipe (13) of the mixer to the container and a solid metering device (29) opens into the pipe. The required ratio of solid to liq. is obtd. by several passages of the liq. through the mixer. The mixer is separate from the container and has an outlet (24) connecting to the storage container via a return line (25).

Eine Anlage zum Mischen einer vorgegebenen Menge Flüssigkeit (2) mit einer vorgegebenen Menge an pulverförmigem Feststoff (38) weist einen Vorratsbehälter (1) für die Flüssigkeit (2) und eine Mischeinrichtung (4) mit einem Zuführstutzen (13) auf. In letzteren mündet eine Flüssigkeits-Zuführleitung (34) vom Vorratsbehälter (1) und eine Feststoff-Dosiereinrichtung (29). Die Zuführleistung der Dosiereinrichtung (29) und die Durchsatzleistung der Mischmaschine (4) sind derart eingestellbar, daß die vorgegebene Menge Feststoff (38) der Flüssigkeit (2) über mehrere Durchläufe der Flüssigkeit (2) durch die Mischeinrichtung (4) zugegeben wird. <IMAGE>
