[origin: DE19507272C1] The knife comprises a blade holder (13) which has a link pin (16) or cavity which together with a crank swivelling on a pivot axle (17) in the handle-housing (11), a coupling (19), and the knife-blade holder, form a linkage (13,18,19) in the form of a slide loop. The coupling between the knife-blade holder and the crank is formed by an elongated hole (20) in the crank in conjunction with the link pin. The crank free end facing away from the pivot axle has an extension (15). The blade holder is in the form of a flat slide piece inside the handle housing, with a protuberance on one side (13a) to take the knife blade (14), and the link pin on the other side (13b).
