[origin: EP0730120A1] An electrical main work lamp Ä13Ü has a socket Ä11Ü that is mounted at the end of a support arm Ä17Ü and this is fixed to a tubular element Ä23Ü that can pivot about an axis Ä32Ü. Also mounted on the same axis is a back up lamp Ä14Ü that is normally held in a position away from the working position. In the event of a bulb failure the main lamp is moved to a service position Ä21Ü by an electric motor drive mounted on the axis and at the same time the back up lamp is moved to the operating position. Stops Ä41, 60, 47Ü determine the different positions.
