Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0730122A1] The burner has an inner cavity (2, 5) to receive air and combustible gas, which passes out through holes in a head (6), and incorporates an anti-noise cavity (10). The main cavity of the burner has a Venturi tube (2) with a forward end (3) equipped with the combustible gas injector (7) and shaped to draw in air together with the gas. The inlet (11) of the anti-noise cavity is situated at a distance from the forward end of the Venturi tube which is determined from the noise frequency to be damped.
