Abstract (en)

The insert (3) is positioned on a vibrating table (1) and is joined to a vertically movable frame (6) of the moulding machine (2). Dampers made of rubber, elastic plastics, springs or other elements are positioned between the exterior of the insert and the interior of the frame, and are detachably attached to the insert or mould frame. The dampers have a profiled, esp. triangular cross-section with one or more protuberances (10) or recesses (11) fitting into matching recesses or protuberances on the insert and/or frame.

Abstract (de)

Die Rüttelform zur Herstellung von Beton-Formsteinen besteht aus einem Einsatz (3) mit mehreren Formnestern (4), der in einem mit der Formmaschine verbundenen Formrahmen (6) lösbar befestigt ist. Hierzu weist der ebenfalls rechteckförmige Einsatz (3) an seinen Außenseiten einen durchgehenden, dreieckförmigen Vorsprung (10) auf, der in eine entsprechende, dreieckförmige Vertiefung (11) an den Innenseiten des Formrahmens (6) eingreift. Zwischen dem Vorsprung (10) des Einsatzes (3) und der Vertiefung (11) im Formrahmen (6) sind Dämpfungsplatten (12) eingesetzt, die mit Hilfe eines an der Unterseite des Formrahmens angeschraubten Druckstücks (15) zusammen mit dem Einsatz (3) am Formrahmen (6) festgeklemmt werden. <IMAGE>
