Abstract (en)
The book-binding machine (7) has a sheet transfer device (11) located in front of it. This is formed by two transporter rollers (3), located above each other. It has variable conveying speed, so that it accelerates sheets, which lag relative to the binding machine, and delays sheets, which move too fast. The transfer device moves a sheet (1) to the binding machine at the machine working speed (V2), and receives sheets at the sheet feed speed (V1). The device has a sensor (10), to detect the passage of a front edge of a sheet. The binding machine has a synchro system (6). Acceleration and deceleration is determined by the signal differential between sensor and system.

Bei der Übergabe von Bogen an eine Fadensiegelmaschine ist eine Synchronisierung mit deren Takt erforderlich. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Fadensiegelmaschine (7) eine Bogen-Übergabevorrichtung (11) vorgelagert. Diese Bogen-Übergabevorrichtung (11) ist durch zwei übereinandergestellte Transportwalzen (3) gebildet und wird mit variabler Transportgeschwindigkeit betrieben, um einen gegenüber dem Takt der Fadensiegelmaschine nacheilenden Bogen zu beschleunigen oder einen voreilenden Bogen zu verzögern, und zwar in dem Maße, daß vollständige Synchronisation mit dem Takt der Fadensiegelmaschine hergestellt ist. <IMAGE>
