Abstract (en)
A process for a continuous low-tension wet treatment of a textile, which is introduced into a liquid bath in a spread out state. In the bath, it forms a loosely folded layer (25), which is guided in the same direction as the liq. through a horizontal treatment duct (1). It is prevented from floating by bodies (24) covering the liq. surface. The packed layer (25) is moved alone by the flowing liq. and the bodies (24) float freely on the liq. The associated installation features a circulating pump (16) and the volume conveyed by the pump (16) can be adjusted in accordance with the cross-section of the duct (1) and the pre-set flow speed in the duct (1). The freely floating bodies (24) are spheres and the frequency of the pump drive is regulated.

Zur Durchführung von Verweilbehandlungen im Zuge der Naßbehandlung textiler Warenbahnen ist es bekannt, die Warenbahn durch Förderorgane in locker gefalteter Packlage durch ein Flüssigkeitsbad zu führen. Die Förderorgane sind so ausgebildet oder angeordnet, daß sie die Ware auch am Aufschwimmen hindern. Nach dem neuen Verfahren wird die Packlage (25) allein durch die strömende Flüssigkeit fortbewegt und durch Kugeln (24), die frei auf der Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit schwimmen, am Aufschwimmen gehindert. Eine zur Durchführung des neuen Verfahrens geeignete Vorrichtung hat eine Umwälzpumpe (16), deren Fördermenge entsprechend dem Querschnitt des Kanals (1) und der vorgegebenen Strömungsgeschwindigkeit im Kanal (1) einstellbar ist. <IMAGE>
