Abstract (en)
The working layer is made of composite fibrous material. It is fitted between a textile supporting layer and a covering layer, and is first pinned to the supporting layer. The covering layer (8) of synthetic material is then applied by heating and lamination to the surface of the working layer (3,5) furthest from the supporting layer (2). After the pinning operation, the underside of the latter can be heat-treated, or a covering layer (11) of synthetic material can be applied to it by heating and lamination. Sand can be applied to the covering layers and bonded to them by heating.

Zur Herstellung einer Bodenmatte (1) mit einer textilen Trägerschicht (2) und einer Wirkschicht (7) aus einem Faser-Wirkstoffverbund wird die Wirkschicht (7) auf die Trägerschicht (2) aufgebracht und mit dieser vernadelt. Um dabei hohe Scherfestigkeiten zu erreichen, wird nach dem Vernadeln von Wirk- und Trägerschicht (7, 2) auf die Wirkschicht (7) an der trägerschichtabgewandten Oberseite eine Deckschicht (8) aus synthetischem Material durch Erwärmung auflaminiert. <IMAGE>
