Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0731234A1] The square frame (1) surrounds the chimney opening (11) at a distance and leaving an interspace. Fixing points (4) are provided on the frame for fixing same onto the roof truss. The opening can be a sleeve (7) connected to the frame by two diametrically opposite support elements (9). The interspace between sleeve (7) and frame is filled with heat insulation material (13). The support elements can form swivel axes about which the sleeve is mounted for swivel movement on the frame. The support elements can be axle studs fixedly connected to the sleeve.
