Only the glazing panel (2) on the outside of the room is tensioned by fireproof screw holders (4) and at least some individual screw holders are fixed to the supporting profiled section (5). With double glazing the panel (3) on the inside is stuck to the panel on the outside by marginal spacer sections (8) such as profiled steel sections. Two adjoining panels on the outside have facing extension sections (9) which are tensioned against each other by screw bolts (12) or hollow screws on the inside and outside by flat fireproof seals (6,7) with associated supporting cover rails (10,11). The fireproof seals are made of heat-resistant material such as ceramic fibres.

Bei einer Brandschutzverglasung (1) mit außenliegenden Scheiben (2) und innenliegenden Scheiben (3), die mittels brandsicherer Schraubhalterungen auf der Rauminnenseite eines Tragprofils (5) befestigt sind, sind im Randbereich der Scheiben innenliegende und außenliegende Dichtelemente vorgesehen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, nur die raumaußenseitigen Scheiben (2) durch Schraubhalterungen (4, 4') zu verspannen, wobei einzelne Schraubhalterungen (4), vorzugsweise jede zweite, mit dem Tragprofil (5) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
