Abstract (en)
The gas hob has a valve (3) mechanically displaceable by a rod linkage (16) operating between valve and saucepan. The end (16c) of the rod linkage operable by the pan (7) is mounted in the centre of the burner (2) and grid rack (6). The rod linkage is formed by a lever system whose rotary axis (15) is set at a distance from a tappet (4) of the valve (3). The geometric leverage of the lever system conforms on one side with the opening/closing path of the valve and on the other with an operating path of the lever end (16c) operable by the pan (7). The lever system can be formed by a single or multi part elbow lever.

Bei der offenen Kochstelle eines Gasherdes ist zwischen einem sich in der Gasleitung 8 befindlichen Ventil 3 und dem Kochgefäß 7, welches auf dem Rippenrost 6 abgestellt ist, ein Gestänge 16a, 16c vorgesehen, mit welchem das Ventil 3 über einen Stößel 4 betätigbar ist. Das Gestänge ist als Kniehebel ausgebildet, der an einer Lagerstelle 15 schwenkbar gelagert ist und dessen einer Hebelteil 16c zentral im Brenner 2 und Rippenrost 6 angeordnet ist. Das obere Ende 18 des Kniehebels ist durch das Kochgefäß 7 belastbar, wobei es durch Aufsetzen des Kochgefäßes in senkrechter Richtung bewegt wird und mittels des horizontalen Hebelteils 16a den Stößel 4 des Ventils 3 derart betätigt, daß das Ventil 3 geöffnet und die Gaszufuhr über die Leitung 8 zum Brenner 2 erfolgt. <IMAGE>
