Abstract (en)
Baking oven with pyrolytic self-cleaning has a muffle (3) and an oven door (8) with a window assembly (12) and an additional window (10) mounted in the door base (11). Between the window assembly (12) and the circumference of the windows (10) of the glass pane (9) facing outwards a flow barrier (18) is arranged. Pref. the flow barrier (18) consists of air baffle plates which guide the air through a lower air inlet opening (19) in the door base (11) to an upper air outlet opening (20). This injector effect is supported by a cooling air blower (5). Thus the window is separated from the convective flow area and warms up quickly, preventing condensation during pyrolytic cleaning.

Die Ofenmuffel (3) des Backofens ist durch eine Ofentür (8) verschließbar, die im Mittelbereich ein mit einer frontseitigen Glasscheibe (9) und dahinter innerhalb eines Türbodens (11) eine Fensterbaugruppe (12) mit wenigstens einer weiteren Glasscheibe besitzt. Erfindungsgemäß ist zwischen der Fensterbaugruppe (12) und dem Umfang der frontseitigen Glasscheibe (9) eine Strömungsbarriere (18) vorgesehen, um den durch Konvektion nach oben strömenden Wrasen oder Dampf vom frontseitigen Durchsichtfenster (10) fernzuhalten. <IMAGE>
