[origin: DE19509147C1] The nut part, consisting of a nut (1) and bell-shaped piece (2) screwed onto the thread spindle, presses a tightening disc (4) against the tool. An axial needle roller bearing (9) positioned between the tightening disc and the nut has a plate spring (10) enclosing its outer periphery on a radial plane.The plate spring is supported on an intermediate disc (8) connected to the nut part. The spring transmits torque from the threaded spindle to the tool to form a frictional connection between the nut part and the tightening disc. The axial roller bearing axially supports the tightening disc on the nut part. When the top torque limit is exceeded, the nut part slips through in relation to the tightening disc and the axial roller bearing rotates.

Bei einer Spanneinrichtung zum Festlegen eines scheibenförmigen Werkzeugs an einer Gewindespindel einer Handwerkzeugmaschine drückt ein auf die Gewindespindel aufschraubbares Mutterteil(1,2) eine Spannscheibe(4) gegen das Werkzeug. Zwischen dem Mutterteil(1,2) und der Spannscheibe(4) ist ein Axial-Wälzlager(9) angeordnet. Um ein einfaches und sicheres manuelles Spannen und Lösen, verbunden mit einer Rutschkupplungfunktion bei Überlast, zu erreichen, ist zwischen der Spannscheibe(4) und dem Mutterteil(1,2) neben dem Axial-Wälzlager(9) eine Feder(10) angeordnet. Die Feder(10) bildet eine drehfeste Reibschlußverbindung zwischen dein Mutterteil(1,2) und der Spannscheibe(4). Das Axial-Nadellager(9) stützt die Spannscheibe(4) am Mutterteil(1,2) ab. Bei Überschreiten eines oberen Grenzwertes des übertragenen Drehmoments rutscht das Mutterteil(1,2) gegenüber der Spannscheibe(4) durch und das Axial-Wälzlager(9) rotiert. <IMAGE>
