Abstract (en)

The apparatus has a housing (1) containing a drive piston (5) which when charged drives the nail or bolt (15) through the bolt guide (9). An elastically deformable damping element (18), which can be vulcanised or viscous, is connected to the end face (10) of the housing and/or to the bolt guide (9) and forms a part of the latter. A brake element (16) can be provided to brake the drive piston (5) relative to the housing at the end of the thrust movement. The damping element can be connected to the front end of the bolt guide and/or is inserted as a ring element between two ring parts forming the bolt guide and is connected to same. The bolt guide can be axially displaceable.

Ein Bolzensetzgerät zum Setzen von Nägeln, Bolzen (15) o. dgl. mit Hilfe einer Treibladung enthält in einer Kolbenführung (4) einen Treibkolben (5), der durch die Treibladungsgase bewegt wird und mit seinem Bolzenschaft (8) das Befestigungsmittel (15) in den Untergrund (20) eintreibt. Zum Abbremsen der Bewegung enthält das Bolzensetzgerät ein oder mehrere Dämpfungselemente (18). Die Kolbenrückstellung erfolgt mittels elastomerer Druck- oder Zugfedern. <IMAGE>
