Abstract (en)
The device has die holders (5), in the form of hydraulic pistons with conical heads, located between the rotor axis and reference circle of the dies (10). Combined movement of the die holders is provided by a hydraulic component on the die table. The die holders are located in bores radial to the rotor axis. Plugs (7) are screwed into radial bores on the outer edge of the table and die pins are located in the holders and press against springs (8) in the plugs.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Fixierung der Matrizen im Matrizentisch einer Tablettiermaschine, insbesondere Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine, mittels Matrizenhaltern. Um beim Auswechseln der Matrizen zwecks Reinigung der Maschine sowohl ein schnelles Lösen der alten Matrizen als auch ein schnelles Fixieren der neuen Matrizen zu ermöglichen, sieht die Erfindung vor, daß die Matrizenhalter (5) zwischen der Rotorachse und dem Teilkreis der Matrizen (10) angeordnet sind und daß am Matrizentisch (4) eine Einrichtung zur gemeinsamen Bewegung der Matrizenhalter (5) vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
