[origin: EP0732272A1] The capsule cap (1) fitting the threaded neck collar of a container comprises a body formed by a top (5) and a skirt (6). A flexible joint (8) is positioned in the top internal face. The top is provided with a weakened circular line (9) internally delimiting a sticker (10). The sticker rotates with the joint by means of fastening holes (11) in the sticker or by means of an adhesive layer. The skirt has a circular weakened line (13) providing a guarantee that the container has not been tampered with. This line is located, after tightening the cap , at a height between the threaded collar and a ring collar on the neck. The cap is used with a tax stamp which is destroyed by opening so as not to be used fraudulently.
