Abstract (en)
The hollow body (11) is rolled (12) into an evacuable enclosure (1) to which the reservoir (4) of gas with low thermal conductivity, esp. Ar, Xe, Kr or SF6, is connected (2) via a valve (V). An opening (13) into one end of it is positioned and secured by a probe (3). The end doors (9, 10) of the enclosure are sealed and the air is pumped out (8). The body is filled with gas via the probe while the enclosure is refilled (6) with air at the same rate of increase of pressure.

Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren können Hohlkörper (11), insbesondere Isolierglasscheiben, unter Vakuum mit einem Füllgas befüllt werden, indem der Hohlkörper (11), welcher sich in einem Behälter befindet, mit dem Behälter evakuiert wird und der Hohlkörper (11) anschließend durch eine Sonde mit einem Füllgas gefüllt wird, wobei der Behälter mit gleicher Drucksteigerung mit Luft gefüllt wird. Mit dem Verfahren und der Vorrichtung können Hohlkörper verlustfrei mit hochwertigen Füllgasen befüllt werden. <IMAGE>
