Abstract (en)
The mixing chamber consists of a casing block (2). This is closed and sealed by a cover plate (3). There is an input (6) for carbonated water and at least one input for concentrate or syrup, also an outlet (7) for the mixed product. The mixing chamber (1) in the casing block continually reduces the flow rate from the water input to the mixture output. The entry rate of the concentrate or syrup entering the mixing chamber at the input point is slower than the flow rate of the water. The cross-section of the mixing chamber may decrease from the water input to the mixture output.

Mischkammer für die Herstellung von Postmixgetränken bestehend aus einem mittels einer Abdeckplatte (3) dicht verschlossen Gehäuseblock (2), in den ein Einlauf (6) für mit Kohlensäure dotiertes Wasser und mindestens ein Zulauf (8) für Konzentrat oder Sirup einmündet und der einen Auslauf (7) für das Mischprodukt aufweist. In der im Gehäuseblock (2) angeordneten Mischkammer (1) nimmt die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit vom Einlauf (6) des Wassers zum Auslauf (7) des Mischproduktes kontinuierlich ab, wobei die Eintrittsgeschwindigkeit des Konzentrats oder Sirups in die Mischkammer am Ort des Zulaufes langsamer ist als die Fließgeschwindigkeit des Wassers. <IMAGE>
