Abstract (en)
This centrifugal classifier has a cylindrical casing. Its classification air inlet (3) extends over the full height of the classification rotor (2). Both axial ends of the rotor shaft extend outwards through the fine material outlet volumes (17, 18), the latter having the same diameter as the classification rotor itself. In the improved new arrangement, each fines outlet volume (17, 18) has a re-entrant section (19, 20), to contain a rotor shaft bearing. The fines outlet volume widens axially outwards, in a screw- or spiral formation.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zentrifugalkraftsichter, dessen Rotorwelle sich wenigstens an einem der beiden axialen Enden durch einen Feingut-Sichtluft-Auslaßraum hindurch nach außen erstreckt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem Zentrifugalkraftsichter dieser Art, vorzugsweise einem Sichter mit beidseitiger Feingut-Sichtluft-Absaugung, den Abstand der Lager der Rotorwelle zu vermindern; dabei soll ein Optimum erreicht werden zwischen der Forderung nach ungehindertem Feingut-Sichtluft-Auslaß einerseits und geringem Lagerabstand und somit kurzer, leichter Rotorwelle andererseits. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht gemäß der Erindung darin, daß jeder Auslaßraum 17, 18 einen sich axial nach innen erstreckenden Ansatz 19, 20 bzw. eine Einwölbung aufweist, in welchem/welcher ein Lager 21, 22 für die Rotorwelle aufgenommen ist. <IMAGE>
