[origin: EP0734858A1] The guiding drum for the sheets in a rotary printing press has a foil on its surface whose radial position can be adjusted. The foil (10) has a first peripheral section (Y) which is displaced radially by the element (7) and a second section (Z) which is fixed in radial position. The second section follows the first section. The first section extends over a sector of about 160 deg. and is directly attached to the drum. The adjustable element is a segment moving radially against the inner surface of the foil, and its axis is between 70 and 120 deg., pref. 90 deg., from the position of the gripper bar (5).
