Abstract (en)
The device exchanges printing plates on the cylinders of printing presses. It uses a pivoted plate loading unit (2) with a feed chamber and a removal chamber. The unit is not only pivoted in a working position by the channel (17) of a cylinder (12) with clamps (1) but also in a loading position, in which the unit is pulled back from the working position. The unit pivoted in a vertical loading position is pivoted to a holder (5) on which an intake region (13) is provided for a printing plate (14) to be removed from the cylinder and guide devices (6) for a plate to be mounted on the cylinder.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Wechsel vom Druckformen auf Zylindern von Druckmaschinen. Eine schwenkbare Druckformladeeinheit (2) umfaßt sowohl ein Druckformzuführ- als auch ein Druckformentfernungsfach. Die Druckformladeeinheit (2) ist sowohl in eine Arbeitsposition an den Kanal (17) eines Druckformzylinders (12) mit Klemmeinrichtungen (1) als auch in eine Ladeposition schwenkbar ist, in der die Druckformladeeinheit (2) aus der Arbeitsposition zurückgezogen ist. Die in eine vertikale Ladeposition schwenkbare Druckformladeeinheit (2) ist an ein Halteelement (5) anschwenkbar, an welchem ein Einlaufbereich (13) für eine vom Druckformzylinder (12) abzunehmende Druckform (14) und Fördereinrichtungen (6) für eine auf den Druckformzylinder (12) aufzubringende Druckform (22) vorgesehen sind. <IMAGE>
