Abstract (en)
The packaging comprises a cheese box (2) and its lid (3), the box having a bottom (5) and a side wall (4). The bottom is surmounted by a double bottom and the side wall is lined with a double wall (11). Between the bottom and the double bottom is a pocket (8), with walls permeable to gases, which contains an absorbent product (9), such as active carbon. The double wall forms a continuous annular space between it and the side wall. The annular space is open at the top so that the wall top and bottom are in communication and let pass the odours emitted by the cheese (1) towards the pocket. The double bottom has openings (10) which let the odours pass directly towards the pocket. The double wall has openings (15) which let the odours pass radially into the annular space.

La présente invention concerne un emballage constitué d'une boite à fromage (2) et de son couvercle (3). La boite (2) comporte classiquement un fond (5) et une paroi latérale (4). Le fond (5) est surmonté d'un double fond (7) et la paroi latérale (4) est doublée par une double paroi (11). Entre le fond (5) et le double fond (7) est prévue une poche (8) à parois perméables aux gaz qui contient un produit adsorbant (9), tel que du charbon actif ou un produit adsorbant équivalent, et la double paroi (11) ménageant un espace annulaire continu ou discontinu entre elle-même et la paroi latérale (4) ou créant elle-même un espace annulaire. L'espace annulaire est ouvert en haut pour faire communiquer au moins le haut et le bas de la paroi (4) et laisser passer des odeurs émises par le fromage (1) vers la poche (8) contenant du produit adsorbant. <IMAGE>
