Abstract (en)
The puncture needles (14) are mounted in holders of drivable steerable arms and at the end of the swivel process (E) are biased by an additional forward movement (F) in their axial direction so that the needle tips (26) reach their maximum position (C) in a second movement stage (B-C). The puncture needles can be biased axially with additional forward movement at the end of the cutting process. To deliver the product the needle tips complete a partially spiral shaped reverse movement (C-A) from the maximum position (C) into the basic position (A) within the periphery (6) of the transport cylinder (1).

Bei einem Verfahren zum Bewegen von Punkturnadeln auf einem Zylinder eines Falzapparates werden Transportschäden an den Druckprodukten dadurch vermieden, daß die Nadelspitzen der Punkturnadeln von einer Grundstellung zunächst eine ansteigende kurvenförmige Bewegung in eine Mittelstellung und nachfolgend nach erfolgtem Schneidvorgang der Signaturen eine nahezu radiale Bewegung bis in ihre ausgefahrene Endstellung vollführen. Die Rückbewegung der Nadelspitzen der Punkturnadeln erfolgt von der Endstellung sofort in die Grundstellung. Dazu einen Zylinder zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
