Abstract (en)

The tips of the puncture needles (14) complete a first circular swivel movement (E) on which is superimposed a second swivel movement (F). The tips describe the outside of the periphery (6) of cylinder (1) a convex movement curve in relation to the first swivel axis (20) and then in reverse direction as a return movement. In a first step (A-6-B) the start of the paper strand (24) is threaded on, then in a second step (B-C) the needle tips move into their upper end position (C) and finally the tips return under the periphery of the cylinder into the lower end position (A) for delivering the nick (27).

Abstract (de)

Bei einem Verfahren zum Bewegen von Punkturnadeln auf einem Zylinder eines Falzapparates werden Transportschäden an den Druckprodukten und ein großer Papierabfall dadurch vermieden, daß die Nadelspitzen der Punkturnadeln eine erste Schwenkbewegung ausführen, welcher eine zweite Schwenkbewegung überlagert wird. Dazu eine Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
