Abstract (en)
The jack (1) has a strut (2) and a lever arm (4) mounted to pivot at one end on the strut. The other end of the lever arm has a head (5) to engage under the vehicle to be lifted. A control screw (6) moves the lever arm and connects the latter with the strut. The screw turns in a nut pivoted on the strut and connected at one end to the lever arm. The jack head is in alignment with the screw. The head has a cylindrical surface (55) against which the end of the screw bears during movement of the jack.

L'invention concerne un cric de véhicule (1) comprenant une jambe d'appui (2) et un bras de levage (4) articulé à une extrémité sur cette dernière, muni à l'autre extrémité d'une tête (5) à engager sous le véhicule à soulever, et une vis de commande (6) pour entraîner en rotation le bras de levage. La vis de commande est axialement en appui sur une surface cylindrique (55) de la tête de cric au cours de la manoeuvre du cric, permettant le débattement de la vis. <IMAGE>
