[origin: EP0735212A2] The frame has four corner elements (10) which have on their end faces (16) facing the hollow profiled sections (15). At least two lips (17) are off-set towards the centre of the profile so that the profiled sections can be pushed in part onto the lips whereby the lips and each profiled section become fixed together. A top and bottom area (13,12) of the corner element are connected in the corner area to a web which has one lip per hollow profile. Each side face of the hollow profile is connected by a lip to the corner element. The lips can have tapered areas (20) for easier insertion into the hollow profiles.
