The lamp has a reflector (3) with a freeform surface at the rear of the light bulb (11) and a brilliant cover disc (4) across the front opening of the lamp, coloured in dependence on the signal function of the lamp. The reflector has a circular opening receiving the lamp holder (15) for the light bulb, with an additional reflector (17) having a reflective surface (18) which bridges the gap between the edge of the opening and the light bulb.

Bei einer Fahrzeugleuchte mit Freiformflächenreflektor (3) und brillanter transparenter Abdeckscheibe (4), welche ohne jegliche Lichtverteilungsoptik ausgebildet ist, ist eine an einem Lampenträger (15) gehaltene Glühlampe (11) durch eine Öffnung (8) des Freiformflächenreflektors (3) in die Leuchtenkammer (6) eingeführt. Bei derartigen Fahrzeugleuchten wirken sich Unebenheiten bzw. Öffnungen (8) des Freiformflächenreflektors (3) besonders störend auf die Stilistik aus. Um in dieser Hinsicht eine Verbesserung zu erreichen, ist ein Zusatzreflektor (17) mit einer Reflexionsfläche (18) vorgesehen, welcher den Spalt zwischen dem Rand der Öffnung (8) im Freiformflächenreflektor (3) und der Glühlampe (11) im wesentlichen überbrückt. <IMAGE>
